Reserve with Google Automotive Bookings is available to any automotive business in Australia that has a Google Business Profile and does servicing and repair jobs.

What is different from the AutoGuru retail marketplace?

• Customers who click on your book online button will only be shown your business throughout the booking process. Other automotive businesses will not be displayed.

• Your Reserve with Google Automotive Booking customers do not enter the AutoGuru marketing database and will not be marketed to by AutoGuru.

• Your customers will only be asked to review your business via Google when this new feature is launched.

What’s the difference between Reserve with Google Automotive Bookings and BookingGuru?

BookingGuru is the white label quoting and booking technology that powers the booking process for Reserve with Google Automotive Bookings.

How is the ‘Book Online’ button offered by AutoGuru different?

The button you get via your AutoGuru Reserve with Google Automotive Bookings membership enables your customers to view pricing on select services and repairs and/or to get a quote using our white label booking technology. Other book online or schedule buttons only provide an appointment setting function with no pre-pricing or quoting enabled.

Is the booking exclusively mine?

Yes! Since the customer is booking with you directly from your Google Business Profile, the booking is exclusively yours. 

What jobs can be booked?

All pre-priced servicing and repair jobs that you opt in to are bookable.

How will my pricing be calculated?

We will use the labour and parts pricing along with any oil markups or discounts that you configure in your AutoGuru Supplier Portal to quote servicing and select repair jobs. You control these and can update them at any time.  

What if a job can’t be pre-priced?

If we cannot instantly price the job then we will send you a Reserve with Google Automotive Booking quote request. The quoting and booking process is facilitated via the AutoGuru Supplier Portal and BookingGuru.

What availability, extras, and payment options will be displayed?

Customers will be able to see your availability and choose any free or paid extras that you activate in the AutoGuru Supplier Portal. Customers will have the option to prepay online with a Visa or Mastercard, Afterpay, humm, Zip, or PayPal, or they can choose to pay on pick up. Prepayment is a great way to reduce cancellations and no shows.
