Fantastic service, I booked the day before and was able to be fit in with no problems. Unfortunately there were no loan cars available at such late notice, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were happy to drop me home AND pick me up in the afternoon in my own car. 
The car came back vaccuumed and odourless, and the guys kept me informed with quick phone calls during the day as to what they recommended to be done, the cost, and when the car would be ready. Smooth process all the way through.
