It's not the first time there. They are absolutely great with service and price! Korn even asked me to save his number for any problems.

Great communication, fast & efficient service. My windscreen was replaced without any issues at all.

It was an OK experience. I cant complain about the work done but if I'm getting a major service I need a list of parts replaced.If they are too busy just call and tell me another date. No offence to the owners but lack of service means I wont be going back there.

I had mistakenly  mixed up my dates and came a  week early. They were able  to fit my car in and service it within a reasonable time frame. Brett kindly  offered me the use of the  car that he was using if I needed a car. thankyou.

Although the premises were unsightly I went ahead with the service on my car.  I thought they must be good at what they do as you would not have them on your list of company to use. I was very impressed that although my car requires other repairs there was no push to authorise the additional work be done, in fact they had taken photos of the work required which enabled me to talk to my son who agreed that the  work should be carried out. Its a shame that the reception area is so dirty, cob webs, cracked dirty tiles on the floor, dirty old lounge in the waiting area.  Guess as the old saying goes "don't judge a book by its cover" this is definitely the case with this company.

I arrived at 07.30 and was gone by 09.30. The tyres were fitted efficiently without delay. Best of all I wasn’t subjected to any unnecessary stuff.

Very good AJ the worker there knew what he was going and did an excellent job, prices really good compared to where I got prices at so called cheap place in Ballarat that place was expensive.

Had a really good experience with Mohammed. He was honest and up front about pricing and the things my car will need at its next service, and took the time to go through the photos taken and describe what they reflect. Workshop reminds me of my grandads, just a classic old school mechanic with no frills. Would happily book back in again.

They replaced with a damaged part and wasted my whole week of time. Not a friendly team. Don’t suggest going here.

I will unfortunately not be returning. This is the second time I've been to this business and I've been disappointed both times. When I showed up I had to explain exactly what I had booked, where, how, etc. I also never received a call when the car was ready. I eventually arrived and asked about the work that had been done and the result of the diagnostic. The gentleman had no idea.

I actually had them come to my home to replace my windscreen.  I found this very convenient. The person who came to do it was very polite and didn't take long to do the job.

The team there is amazing. I was sent a video of the components of my vehicle which was great could I see what was happening. I advised them of what I was aware of and they acknowledged it. Being understaffed they finished my car before closing but I was unable to collect until morning and they were flexible about it. Having openpay available made my financial situation so much less stressful. Very happy with the experience.

Highly recommend these guys honest reliable mechanics had me booked in straight away and the car was back and running by end of the day, great prices will be a returning customer.
