Great price and kind customer service. However, 2 days after my service the engines undercover hadn’t been secured properly and fell down only to drag along the ground. Thinking about it going 110 on the freeway with that dragging isn’t a great thought. A mechanic at work secured this properly for me.

Was advised I would have a loan car. Found out on arrival that this was not available. On the upside, the guy said he could do the job within half an hour if I could wait. I was happy to do this and it took closer to 40 minutes which was fine. Was also advised before drop off I would get a car vacuum. This was not done. Felt a bit let down after the loan car incident. However, the air conditioning is working well again. Good but could have been better. Basically paid for two things I didn’t get.

The staff are absolutely amazing, would not go anywhere else highly recommend. Had my Alternator fixed at Avery reasonable cost and worked like a dream.

Yeh ok, Anothony seems like a down-to-earth bloke, who doesn't babble on about yhings at the counter. Will wait to see if the car starts making strange noises. Charged me an extra 150 for disc machining, interesting. I can only really hope it was actually done. That's the car service world!

I had left my wallet at home. I offered to direct deposit the payment. I offered to call them with my credit card number as soon as I got home. I offered to read the number out over the phone during the call. 

Answer to all suggestions... no! We will not release your car without payment on site! 

I explained that I don’t have anyone to drop me home to pick it up and that no taxi was going to drive me home and then to an atm. 

I was so stressed as I couldn’t even just leave my car there because I was travelling to Nowra for work the following day. 

Answer... no. The manager would not allow you to take your car without payment at the shop. 

Eventually I was able to find someone at work to lend me the cash. 

So inflexible and not personal. I would not use them again, would not recommend them and let my feelings be known on social media

Great customer service at Midland Bridgestone but was quoted $15.00 for an indicator bulb replacement and was told that it couldn't be fixed due to a wiring or cable issue.... so we took our car to Another in Welshpool straight from there and they fixed it with a new bulb for $5.00 in 2 mins.

I would give a 5-star rating to Fixed Price Car Service , but 2 star for NRMA Motor Serve Wollongong. Once I booked the fixed MotorServe at a special price online, I received a confirmation email and message. However, I was asked to change the confirmed dates from Monday to Thursday. The same fixed price $134 with a $75 of discount was confirmed including my initial selecting of free drop off and free car wash. However, when we delivered the car on Thursday, we were asked to pay the normal price $209. After negotiations, the discount price was accepted, however, neither free drop off nor free car wash was provided as confirmed.

Autotech are a family owned and run business. The customer service was wonderful, they are very professional and ethical. 
My car is now running like a dream. I would highly reccommend them. They checked in with me before doing any work, providing quotes and seeking approval each step of the way. 
My car will now only be serviced at Autotech, it's great to find honest mechanics I can trust.
