Hi Rebecca, just received your review and it was a little disappointing from our point of view. You booked it online so all pricing and a list of items included in the services were provided. Why would you complain about that when you knew up front how much it would cost. If you weren’t happy with the budget why did you book it in. You spoke with one of our senior technicians and he ran through what was done. When your partner complained about the central locking not working properly the workshop manager explained that the front doors need to be closed properly for it to function but he knew better and argued about it. Always here to help but I believe in fair assessment.

It was my first time here. Overall a good experience. It could be enhanced by installing a TV or coffee machine (yes it's a petty thing but a bonus for those who have to wait) but overall good experience.

I went there for a 5000 service and was told it would take anything from 2 to 3 hours to service an EV car, are they for real? I take my wife’s petrol-driven car to Hyundai to be serviced and it takes about an hour so l left and will try somewhere else.

Very responsive to messages, kept me well updated on work to be completed, and well priced great customer service too.

Brought in my BYD for it's first service. Easy and efficient and quick process. Dropped off the car in the morning and everything was all done within the hour. Friendly staff and would definitely recommend as well.

I booked online. When I turned up on the correct date/time the manager said I had the wrong date/time. I showed proof of my booking. He said it had been moved to the following week. I was never notified of this change and the worker also seemed extremely confused about the situation as he saw I was not wrong. He did apologise and was nice however, I had traveled from 1hr away for my appointment and it was quite inconvenient that I needed to come back.

Loved the service! The poor man was by himself so he was backwards and forwards all day. He didn’t complain.

Excellent customer service, was given a verbal and written itinerary of works completed and a safety check for works to be done. Thank you, will be back.

The guy l spoke to about wheels for my Mini Cooper S was very knowledgeable about these cars & my questions with the mini big brake systems. We worked through what l needed & l have ordered my wheels which are on their way to me already.

Phoned up  Ozzy Tyres Hoxton Park and they were excellent with tyre knowledge and what mags suit, very helpful with all details, I was very impressed with the packing quality for transport, ordered on thursday 1/2/24 received mag set on 6/2/24 Sydney to regional S.A, not a mark on them, inflated and balanced, IMO high-quality customer service and products, I definitely recommend Ozzy Tyres Hoxton Park, easy no fuss purchase, absolutely happy with the full set of mags and tyres at a price that probably can't be beaten, cheers guys A grade service.

Was able to get in the next day, my light was fixed within 5 minutes, and the price was very reasonable.

Just grabbed some new shoes for my XD and the lads took care of everything custom rims with staggered fronts quickly and out the door within days awesome work.

Just excellent service even though they were short-staffed that day still brilliant service.

Overall good experience, they called before doing additional work on the car. Customer service was ok. I felt like the guy didn’t really explain what he did to the car when i picked up (had to pay extra $1700) and just went straight to payment like it was nothing and was rushed.

This is the first time I have used this garage. I was quoted a price before service, when I went to collect my car they advised that some work they had included in the quotation was not required and adjusted my bill accordingly. They could have charged the original quote and I would not have known.What a pleasure to deal with an honest company!!

Took my car to Beepz Auto Solutions for an A/C regas. Not even two weeks later and the A/C is blowing hot air again so I took it to a different mechanic for further inspection. I was advised that the A/C system could not be inspected because the regas wasn’t done properly, nor was it tested after being done, because there is definitely a leak. Now I’m having to pay for another A/C regas.

We are very sorry to hear, why didn’t you notify us straight away? We guarantee our work and there will be no extra charge for something like this. However prior to any regas we thoroughly check for any leaks in the system. If there is a leak now we can find it and address the matter.

I have excellent mechanics and they leave me tic tac’s.

They did great work on my Jaguar X-Type! What I liked best is that their immediate solution wasn't to just buy a new replacement part but did everything to give me a safe and long lasting fix without charging through the teeth.
