Excellent communication and costs, streamlined stress free service.They contacted me not long after I proceeded with their quote and asked if I would like the replacement of a new car battery sooner (same day). They were able to have it done in the evening (well after most mechanics are shut). Having a dead car for another 2 days was not ideal so the offer was most welcomed. These guys being mobile was an added plus. I had costly quotes from other workshops stating for me to get my car towed to their workshops to get a new car battery installed. Would happily pay and use 101 Batteries again. A+++

One thing that was wrong that was expected to be fixed was stairing wheel felt very tight while driving. Mechanic advised that replace front two tyres and it will be fine. I spend $488 on the servixe and best tyres as it was advised but it is very disaapointing to say that car still feels heavy and its so hard to turn steering wheel.

I chose Midas Harbour Town because of the convenience of dropping off my car on my way to work. The mechanic was friendly and happy to help. When I explained that the car was still covered by a used car dealer warranty he was happy to look out for any issues that might be covered. They identified a couple of issues and called to let me know before doing any additional work. 

At the end of the day I received a detailed write up of the work done and the condition of the car. Very happy with the service I received.

I found Midas at Harbour Town were very good at what they do. I found them through an Internet website and thought that they needed to communicate better between each other. But the overall service was excellent. 

I was very impressed with the quality of the customer service as well as the service of my vehicle. Was reasonably priced and all decisions were run past me before they were executed. They informed me as I dropped my car off what time I could pick it up, and were on time, Very friendly and I felt valued as a customer. Will definitely be returning.
