Yes very happy with the service, the only thing is that its far away from where I live, and the service needed to be 2 hours. I had to find an alternative way to get home.

For context, I took my BYD for its first complimentary service. I found the staff to be friendly even though the interaction was brief. The service was punctual and receiving a notification that the car is ready to be collected via SMS is welcomed. Will certainly be returning for my next service.

While fixing my problem he found that in a previous service my wheels had been rotated incorrectly due to them being directional tyres and they had been reversed so that the tread would not drain water from the road.
