They took the throttle body off car without permission then broke it and put it back on my car. Then said I had to pay for it. Very bad mechanic do not recommend them at all. Worst experience ever.

For the purpose of responding to this review: I have called the customer and discussed the throttle body issue (it is not broken but has been cleaned which has caused another issue). As the problem was not brought to our attention prior to this review being left we were given no opportunity to discuss it and reach a mutually beneficial solution. NB: You were charged only for the replacement of an alternator. We have today made an offer to find a solution to the issue. You, the customer said you would discuss this with your partner and get back to us.

Fantastic customer service. Will be telling everyone to come to Duncan Nissan . They gave us a thank you letter for using their facilities, free car wash and other free incentives which I have never received at aToyota servicing centre. They took an image of my car when it was getting its wheel alignment which was great to see the procedure actually was completed on my car. 

Classic performance are a super professional outfit.  The boys went out of their way to explain step by step on all of the work that was to be carried out. It was all completed in a timely manner, given the amount of work that needed to be done. Totally happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

A good, honest, affordable mechanic with a no-nonsense approach. I really appreciated the service received from start to finish and my car has never driven better.

Not shore what has happen  inspection only  fee was $110.00 .  window regulator motor was the problem so we quoted for new regulator $250.00 plus  $55.00 to fit new window regulator witch we rang and told the client the cost  of the regulator and fitting  fee was $305.00    plus inspection fee  $ 110.00   total $415.00  not shore how it was over quoted  thanks  stephen 

I am wary of mechanics, having had some less than happy experiences in the past, but Stubbs Automotive are very good. They listened to what we wanted and are very knowledgable.
 I had been give advice that my wife's car needed a timing chain and Stubbs proceeded on that advice. However once the car was in the workshop they discovered there was no issue with the chain or guides so did not make any repairs to that. After further checking it was found to be the Vanos unit. Stubbs went the extra distance to keep me informed, and the work proceeded after some difficulty in locating the parts required.
I am very pleased with the service and quality of work performed by Stubbs Automotive and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
