They did a great job at servicing the car. I was a little surprised at the price, was more than I was expecting. Booked in for $220 brake pads + $570 major service (as per their website) and my total came out to $1145. If extra stuff was needed I would have appreciated a call to let me know the changing price.

As mentioned during our phone call today, the prices you refer to have notes indicating extra charges for premium spark plugs in the services which your vehicle has. I acknowledge that there appears to have been a communication break-down regarding your brake repair. The brakes on your vehicle had worn down to the metal causing disc damage which needed to be replaced for your safety and the ongoing performance of the brakes.
