They took 30 minutes for Logbook Servicing. I don't believe they did it properly. Not happy with the service.

I had the best experience with auto guru, i was amaze when i saw they have after pay service!! and love it when they pick me up from the train station to the work shop to pick up my car. 5 stars!!

Cost less than was quoted. Efficient and friendly. loan car not available and had to request to be dropped home. Tried to tell me the car had worn tyres needed wheel alignment due to severe tyre scrubbing, only problem was new tyres last week with a wheel alignment. Other than that all good.

Whatever Toyota washed my car with left a residue all over the car which will need to be re-washed and possibly cut/polish.

Paid for basic service plus fuel filter replacement, upon inspection of service receipt and checklist, the fuel filter wasn’t done despite being charged for it. I was asked by the service representative if I wanted a free car wash and vacuuming replied yes, neither was done. Asked customer representative for a refund for the fuel filter, said she didn’t know how to do that despite it being an easy transaction via Eftpos machine. Said manager will have to refund via bank account. Only positive was use of loan car which I had to put fuel into and again have to get manager to refund, overall will not return or recommend.

My car is now running better than ever. Great service
