We had two cars booked for logbook service on 28/3/24 for a hefty price of about $1100 but we’re only provided with less than basic service. We were not given any invoice breakdown of what had been done to the car nor the logbook stamped. Taking their word for it, they checked books when they dropped the car, but later saw no paperwork. When asked for itemised breakdown on the same day of service, we were told to come back as they were closed, and on multiple contacts and calls were told that they were either sick or not in town. Finally, when we were told to return on 9/4 the owner said he would ask his boys to sort it out as he was on sick leave. However, when reached there, we were told the owners were new and that the place had been sold and no records were kept for our cars. I want my full refund now.

Got the car back with a loud pulley noise which was not there before. They tried fixing it but there's still some sound. 39 point check? I don't think so. Not even the liquids were topped up. I had to take the car back for them to top up liquids. The engine bay was extremely dirty, that's okay but the driver-side mat was black with oil marks from dirty shoes. The oils were topped up way past the maximum line. Cheapest option comes with such consequences. Not recommended.
