The service was great! Even though they couldn’t help me with my issue, they took a good look at the roof lining and recommended a couple of places to fix it.

Changed time of booking, then turned up almost two hours before altered time. Without even looking at the car advised the job booked and the problem described would not fix my issue, took the car for a short drive, told I'd need a full transmission overhaul. Charged for a call-out fee with assurances they'd send through a quote for the required repairs, however still waiting for that quote. Have since had it looked at elsewhere, and the original requested service was completed, fixing the issue. $157 for less than 10 minutes is not a bad payday I guess. Unimpressed.

They could have told me earlier they were not able to do a diagnostic to find the root cause of the hot/warm air that was being blown. I’ve wasted my money doing a regas I did not need! I have to find another reliable mechanic who is well-versed in car A/C systems.

Professional. Loved the video. Easy process. Had car for 4 hours.

After they finished servicing the car and I drove it home, I felt the car drive rough and stalling while I pushed the accelerator. The engine is trembling you can feel the vibration when stationary. So I had to return the car to the service shop straight away and let them fix the issue. They were able to fix it after checking the problem but i am disappointed with this experience. They didn't thoroughly test drive the car before handing it back to me.

The mechanic was a nice guy, knew what he was doing.

Great place with timely and punctual service. Very economical too. They even spared time and effort to help me put in some fluids in the car. Really thankful for that. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. The aircon was re-gassed (or so I was told), with the caveat that there was a leak in the compressor and absolutely no guarantee that cooling would last even for a day. The cooling still doesn’t work at all after a day and has degraded even more. According to Australian regulations, if a leak is detected in an air conditioning system, it cannot be re-gassed until the leak is fixed. This is to ensure safety and environmental compliance. I should be refunded for the amount I paid!

Elmer kept me updated as to his arrival time. He was efficient and very helpful with my queries about the car air conditioning, polite, on time, and a great job done in the driveway of my own home. Would recommend using Grandplex Motors Mobile Mechanic.

The mechanic told us exactly what the problem still is, but it was regased and we don’t put it on high, all good we have air conditioning now thank you.

Turned up on time, friendly service,  pricing was very fair, and did a good job.
