They seemed good when I dropped off.  Although they don’t have working phones so you can’t contact them at all. Also after paying $1500 for a service you wouldn’t expect to break down 5 minutes down the road because your intercooler turbo exhaust hose is blown off because of staff not doing it up enough. This resulted in me sitting on the side of the highway for an hour of a half waiting for nrma, because yet again the phone lines don’t work, nor do the email or the message function on their site. A disappointing way to end a Saturday after waiting around for 8 hours for a service and an addition near 2 hours for repairs. Hopefully what they didn’t do hasn’t damaged my engine.

The place to go for air-conditioning re-gas and open on Saturday's which takes the hassle out of a busy working week. Plus Adam is very knowledgeable and offered some good tips.

I had good, friendly, and prompt service, but the detail on hand back was lacking. I didn't see any report or checklist to feel confident a good service was done. The only change was a new sticker on my windscreen. I asked if there was anything to report when no conversation was initiated by the clerk, but he vaguely indicated no. I wondered how good and thorough the work was as a consequence. The car is nearly new, so no major issues were anticipated, but hearing someone say 'it's a young car with nothing going wrong' would have been much more reassuring and professional.

I'm not sure if it's their job to check whether the battery needs a replacement, but the battery completely died a few days after the service. I wish they checked and warned me. Otherwise I didn't have any issue with the service.

Excellent communication and costs, streamlined stress free service.They contacted me not long after I proceeded with their quote and asked if I would like the replacement of a new car battery sooner (same day). They were able to have it done in the evening (well after most mechanics are shut). Having a dead car for another 2 days was not ideal so the offer was most welcomed. These guys being mobile was an added plus. I had costly quotes from other workshops stating for me to get my car towed to their workshops to get a new car battery installed. Would happily pay and use 101 Batteries again. A+++

I booked to have 4 tyres replaced and the rear passenger side wheel bearing replaced. However, the tyres are great but the noise was worse after the wheel bearing was replaced. I returned to Rapid Tune Braeside where I was told it was my auto transmission making the noise. This was not brought to my attention after I picked up the car from the tyres and the wheel bearing replaced.
