A few things weren’t done which wasn’t put on job card. They picked up my car next day free of charge to fix the problems free of charge but then we had another problem occur due to their error. They fixed this same day free of charge and did a couple of other things for mucking me around although I had to go without my car for another day.

All work is done as per the service book. Gave me a loan car for the day. Called during the day to give recommendations of worn brakes etc and ask for authority to proceed. All finished in a timely manner. Good conversation at pickup, and advised of items to be aware of in the next twelve months.
