Very friendly service but very disappointed as I told them what I needed done 2 weeks before I took the car in. I was told around 2 hours wait, so I dropped the car at 11.30 and got a lift back at nearly 1.30 and my car was still exactly where I left it. They started it and it wasn't ready till around 3.30 and the few things I wanted done over the service couldn't get done as no time. I have to rebook it in which is hard as this car I use as wheelchair car as my husband has a traumatic brain injury and requires 24 hour care.
