When I booked, I mentioned I needed a specific part replaced, expecting it to be handled during the service since I provided advance notice. However, the part wasn’t addressed, and I had to ask about it afterward. They claimed the part was discontinued by the manufacturer and that I’d need to source it online myself. After a quick call to the manufacturer, I was able to purchase the part for less than $30 with no issues, making me question their explanation.

I have to say I was impressed with the staff at Bridgestone Select in Morley. I took my 'special' car to them as I needed some new brake pads. I advised them that the car hadn't been used for a while and they gave me some information that I may need more parts such as rotors depending on what it looked like. They inspect the car and send you a video with the diagnosis so you can see what is wrong. Not just taking the word of someone who works at a store, but a proper video showing how bad the brakes and rotors are. The car took longer than they thought and I thought but they were more than happy to help and gave me a rundown on what should really be done to the car on my next visit. I felt more than a customer there. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. This is certainly a place I will be returning to in the future for both cars and for any type of mechanical work they need. Many thanks to Ange, Darren, and their team for persevering with my 'special' car.
