I'm always cautious of going to a new mechanic, as we've all had (or know someone who has had) a bad experience of being unnecessarily charged for work not performed, or work not properly performed, this wasn't the case with mycar Tyre & Auto South Morang. They informed me up-front that they would contact me if they found any issues during the minor service requested and any additional work would only be performed with my okay. Josh and team member are really helpful in communication and sign the job in. At the end of the service, they send a video link covering the under side of the car to show what has been replaced and a thorough explanation about the service, this gives us a great visual of under car. They fully follow the instructions given , including free tyre rotation. They also prompt us, by phone, with quote for parts replacement. After all, they gave us a call when the car ready is ready for pick up. Keep up the work Bridgestone Select South Morang!

This is the second time when I booked service at Ultra Tune Mill Park and they in the price car wash was included. Both times the car wasn’t washed. When questioned about it, I was advised it is subject to availability. Why offer when you can not deliver? Should not offer at all.
