Thanks for the valued feedback Ingrid! I really appreciated that. From what I told you before I left, I only covered some of the basic checks of the electrical system from the amount you have paid for. Don't forget, I came twice to your place, firstly to charge the battery overnight as it was flat. Secondly was the basic diagnosis, you need a good state of charge in the battery before any basic electrical checks even though this new battery was only fitted about 8 months ago. Accurate electrical diagnostics can be a time consuming procedure to find the symptom of the problem there is no guess work here. This can be done on a trial basis to see how the car goes in the meantime and note any change or no changes to what the original problem was. I'd recommend instead of once a week, get some of your family members to drive it a little more and see what the outcome is. I am happy to further diagnose this problem if needed.
