It was a good experience. However, the free rear and front wheel rotation and balance that was included in the quote was not honored. When I asked before I picked up the car, I was told that my car didn't need any wheel rotation and balance, and anyway, it was free. I would have appreciated upfront communication or they just don't offer it.
