Pros: I was sent a video from the mechanic showing everything was fine with my car, not something I’ve come across before but a nice touch. The price was fair compared to other quotes received. Cons: Did not get a stamp in the service book (only reason to pay for a professional garage to do the service for resale value otherwise would have done the service myself). Was told only stamped for log book service but I have never had this issue before. Have always received a stamp even for basic service. Will now need to pay for another service elsewhere to ensure service history in the book. Receptionist kept getting my name wrong which shows lack of professionalism. Staff were polite and friendly but unfortunately due to the issues mentioned I’ll have to go elsewhere next time to ensure book gets stamped.
