Took the car to another mechanic soon after the first service, many of the items that “needed doing urgently” were not required, and got some items done at a fraction of the cost. Even if they were trying to do the right thing second time around, first impressions last, particularly when people talk a lot but don’t necessarily listen.

Received fanstastic service. Had a long standing high idle problem, which was not able to be fixed by other workshops, resolved by the guys at Profix. Was provided a good list of fixed priced optional repairs which were explained in detail and was provided excellent advice on options/priorities. Will now be switching to Profix Marion as our main auto service provider.
