It was ok. I've had dealings before and wasn't impressed but because it was a log book service how could it go wrong? Seemed very quick and when I asked if could it be ready for 3 pm they couldn't commit so I waited for their call, 10.50 they said it was ready. I was then hoping it was done properly. Anyway, the car was going fine before and they picked up on nothing they said. I asked if all internal lights were working they said yes but I knew they were.

I recently had my AC compressor replaced and regassed at Melville Hyundai, and I am pleased to report that the AC is now working well. My interactions with Adrian and Mel from Melville Hyundai were enjoyable, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, I encountered an issue with the complimentary wash and vacuum service. The complimentary wash and vacuum were not provided when I initially had the repair done last Friday. Upon returning today for the service, my car was washed but not vacuumed. (I can give you the photos if you need them.) Could you please arrange for a complimentary vacuum at another provider? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
