They were very helpful and competent. Fixed my water pump with a minimum of fuss and even lent me a courtesy car when they needed to keep my car overnight. My only minus was that they forgot to fix a leaking tyre plus rotate and balance the tyres. I had definitely booked this in and it was on the worksheet. Anyway, they are fixing this on Friday when reviewing the water leak, so no big deal. Cheers :)

Friendly enough but told them maybe head gasket as overheating they did comprehension test with was clear so I asked well why is it overheating after thermo and water pump replaced "so it's overheating" picked car up none the wiser.

Absolutely fabulous service. Interacted with four different employees and they were all super polite and helpful. Completed the desired service and explained things in terms I understood.
