I recently had the pleasure of visiting Goodyear Autocare Sunshine for a much-needed transfer case oil change on my car, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Customer Service: From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile by Henry at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the services they offered. Daniel, the other mechanic, was equally friendly and professional. They both took the time to carefully work on the transfer case without making me feel rushed. Pricing: The pricing was very fair and transparent. They provided a detailed quote before any work was done, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service I received. Facilities: The shop was clean and well-maintained. They're also equipped with 5 hoists. Overall Experience: My overall experience at Goodyear Autocare Sunshine was outstanding. The combination of excellent customer service, high-quality work, fair pricing, and clean facilities makes this shop a standout. Thank you, Henry and Daniel, for a fantastic experience!
