Friendly but professional, as an old female who knows very little about motor vehicles I am used to being either spoken down to or just ignored.  Everything was explained in a way that I understood without  "Do you want fries with that". Some extra work was needed eg bulbs and others were what I was expecting whilst it was noted that some other items need to be monitored no pressure whatsoever.

Super fast, good pricing, and workers were so lovely.

The tyre change was perfectly fine but when I asked if I could pay in cash I was passive aggressively told   “well it’s a valid form of currency so yes.”. Just a bit unnecessary in my opinion.

The booking system itself is a little floored. I originally booked at a much more conveinient location according to the availablitiy listed on the site - only to be told it was not possible as they were fully booked.

The process of rebooking elsewhere was a breeze though!
