I took my car in for a services and had one one yellow engine light. When I got it back the yellow ABS light,  yellow traction light, red exclamation mark light and red steering light were on. I noticed it returned within 10 minutes only to be told after waiting for half an hour I need an auto electrician. Went in for an oil change and straight up came out with more issues. What’s worst is they said it would take about 2 weeks to find an auto electrician around this time since it’s near Christmas and holidays. Thank goodness I have an neighbour who’s a qualified one! Took it to him and he said what did they do to it! He did his scanner couldn’t communicate to Abs module.
-missing error -they some how Changed my degrees to Fahrenheit -Didn’t reset service reminder Soo I’m a be out of pocket for something that wasn’t not my fault triggering. I’ve been coming to these mechanics for the past 3 years. Will not recommend as this experience really highlighted they would leave me out to dry after creating a problem I got a go and pay and fix.

Excellent and fast service and did my car last min but they didn’t just look at it and say all done they actually done the checks needed and beyond and I knew exactly what were the issues were.

Terrible even when I loan a car from them I didn't even want to drive it, was dirty and smelly all over and even was on empty. I will not recommend to anybody, don't want anyone to witness what I went through.

Went in to change the alternator, vehicle ready by afternoon, as soon as I started it, the battery light came on and I noticed the alternator fitted was sprayed with overspray on my engine compartment, before I left I spoke to the mechanic about the battery light, he assured me that once the battery is charged the light would switch off, within 45 minutes the battery died and the car would not start. I called him and he kindly visited me on his way home looked at it and said you will need to bring it in again, so waited the weekend and took it in Monday, he replaced the alternator but the car would not start so replaced it with another new alternator and still would not start, another mechanic attended and saw a fuse was removed (1st mechanic said I had a 10amp fuse instead of a 5amp fuse for the ALT and said he had removed and replaced it with a 5amp fuse which I did not see and this would have caused the alternator to fail) so the second mechanic put the fuse back and the car started first go, however, they had charged me again for labour, which I thought was very unfair because all should have been checked the first day before handing back the car to me and also I highlighted the fact that the battery light stayed on and mechanic insisted that he guarantees it's going to be ok. Unfortunately, a bad experience and unfortunately will not be going back, praise to the second mechanic.

Lack of communication. No secure off street parking of vehicles.  No courtesy vehicle as the site states. Very hard to find business and very limited parking nearby and a lot of junk in and around the site. No Free scan for codes. No free cleaning of car.

Hayden is a great mechanic easy to talk to and his knowledge is great.

Work promised was not done, damage was still visible through the paint work and was clearly not sanded down and fixed with any type of filler, not to mention the paint work was horrible looked as if no care was taken and left lumpy with obvious paint drips overall would not recommend at all.

"Satguru" literally means "perfect spiritual master" in Sanskrit language. That is one of the reason I selected Satguru motors thinking they resemble the name and are honest people. But I was not right and below are the reason.

1. First they give me a cup of chai "indian tea" and I appreciate that. Then the owner slowly asked me whether I am paying cash or card. I said by card. He literally pushed me to go out and take cashout from nearby ATM. I told him I am not going to do that but if you want can pay by my debit card or I can do bank transfer. 
2. I was not provided any tax invoice after payment. I was only provided credit card receipt produced by eftpos machine. I have kind of feeling these guys not registering income for tax purpose - otherwise they would have provided a detailed tax invoice with description of all services.


I am really in need of tax invoice as I need it to show as proof of maintenance when I want to sell the car.

I thought its free vacuuming, but he didnt do it.  I wish he gave me copy of result of diagnostic scan.  He told me theres minor repair to be done next time. Overall seems ok except it gave me a scare when i saw large amount of fumes emanating from radiator. As it turned out, he said that that some oil accidentally spelt over.

Dropped my car off at around 2PM and it was ready to be picked up by 4PM, so very impressed with how efficient the mechanic was. However, with my booking it stated a free vacuum and car drop off would be included (up to 5KM - I'm only 4.7KM away from the mechanics) and this was not done. Not too bothered because like I mentioned, the actual work I needed to be done was very quick. I would advise the mechanics not to include the vacuuming/drop off service if they can't/won't do it.

Absolutely fantastic service and workmanship. The follow-up service when I had minor concerns was outstanding. Couldn’t recommend Satguru Motors highly enough. Honestly, yet to come across service as they provided. Thank you very much.
