The mechanics were really friendly and explained what needed doing on my car and I have no issue with the service. However, I was told I would get a complimentary vacuum when I booked and the guy I gave my car to confirmed it but it wasn’t done. I think if you’re going to offer perks for booking with them they should at least follow through on them.

Friendly people, fast service and was so quick. I came in at 5:30 for a battery replacement and was leaving by 5:40 with the correct battery fitted all at a low price.

It was good. I wish I had my handbrake part. I have to wait for 3 weeks. Fortunately, they have ordered it for me. It was a genuine place.

Rain was hanging around, so the business called me to make other arrangements. I booked this service as it was more convenient for them to come to me, but I ended up having to drop my vehicle off to them. The staff told me they would drop it back to me but I received a call that I needed to come and pick it up. I mentioned the staff saying they would drop it off and was told that they couldn't move it for an hour due to the glue still setting. I asked why they couldn't move it but expected me to? Seems weird. The staff was very nice and the job was done well.

Great customer service. Spoke to me like a human being and explained what was done and what needed to be done on the next service plus provided a quote for it. Great service, didn’t wait long at all for my service to be completed and great pricing.  They didn’t push any unwanted repairs but instead let me know what will need fixing in the near future which is exactly what you want. I was put onto Express Lube West Gosford by my mate and I fully recommend them to anyone that reads this.
