Service was completed promptly and they put the car straight on charge when complete. Nice couple of scratches on the bonnet, probably from dragging the charging cable across it. The service technician changed the dash display settings and I have been unable to return these to normal. Nothing in manual re changes made. When I rang for help they first asked me to bring the car in (over a 2-hour drive) then asked me to take the car to the nearest mycar (that is them). When pressed Jordan who had previously been helpful just said "I don't know anything about them", regarding my model vehicle. Had previously been told by staff the tech who worked on electric vehicles didn't speak English regarding another question. If they don't know anything about them possibly they shouldn't be servicing them. Found the scratches when I washed it after just driving home. Can't prove it but there has been no other opportunity for the damage to happen. Suggest detailed photos before and take your time checking the car on collection.

The guys were great. Explained and reassured me of the state of the vehicle. Couldn't get the tyres I needed, but we're sincere about it. Great customer service and I assume great mechanical service :)

If you have a BYD, do not take it to mycar Tyre & Auto Hurstville. After collecting my car, the screen was in a funny state. When I called them to ask about it, they basically said they knew nothing about BYDs and to call BYD directly.

I booked to have my BYD ATTO serviced well in advance & when I arrived on the day of the scheduled service they told me the BYD mechanic would be off duty for nearly 2 weeks, no advance warning so it was a waste of a morning.

Went in on Wednesday afternoon, and they said the cost to re-gas was $195.00 we asked when they could do it and happily for us, they were open on Anzac Day, so we arrived at around 9 am we hired a car, so we did not wait around, both his mechanic and Greg were extremely nice and very understanding. when the Regas was done, Greg texted me so we headed back and paid and collected the fiesta.

I was not given a copy of the service that was completed ie what items were checked. Advertising says a log book service. I was told it is digital if so couldn’t that be emailed to customers.
I also had to pay for parking. The service time was good only 1.5 hrs.

Nathan was very professional when the car was booked in and he explained all of the work that was to be undertaken. The timing belt and water pump were replaced, and the engine bay was cleaned after a diesel fuel leak was discovered & rectified.  Small touches such as applying the tyre black were most appreciated, and the car was ready on time.
