I usually try to get my car serviced every 6 months due to the age and use of my car. The staff at AutoBahn Morley are friendly, supportive and helpful. My car is completed in a timely manner and they clean interior/exterior which is most helpful for me as I can no longer crawl in/out of spaces to clean areas I cannot not reach. Amazing clean. I recently had my AC compressor replaced and regassed at Melville Hyundai, and I am pleased to report that the AC is now working well. My interactions with Adrian and Mel from Melville Hyundai were enjoyable, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, I encountered an issue with the complimentary wash and vacuum service. The complimentary wash and vacuum were not provided when I initially had the repair done last Friday. Upon returning today for the service, my car was washed but not vacuumed. (I can give you the photos if you need them.) Could you please arrange for a complimentary vacuum at another provider? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
