These guys were friendly enough but there were a few small things I wasn't happy with. Firstly, a very small thing but it was advertised I would get 2 movie tickets (reason I chose these guys over another local place at same price); I didn't, and it was even zeroed on the invoice showing I didn't get them, and nothing was ever said. Secondly, I was sent a laundry list of other repairs my car needed via text message (supposedly costing over $2000 all up) and was promised they would be itemised on paper for me in order of urgency when I picked up my car; this was not provided and there is no way I can afford that much in one hit. Finally, they apparently replaced my wipers because they weren't clearing the windscreens, but the back one still isn't! I had specifically mentioned an issue with my car not changing gears properly when dropping off the car and it wasn't mentioned at all, and still seems to be happening.
