Horrendous experience from start to end. Doubled in price from original quote, car isn't fixed and is unable to be driven due to mechanic abuse. I will have to engage another mechanic to get it derivable again or do it myself. l'll never let another Lube Mobile mechanic near any of my cars. Go to a reputable workshop, don't waste your time or money for the convenience. After accepting the original quote, I received an additional quote, then got a call to say the quote was wrong by $70. I then received a third quote that contradicted the previous 3. My quote request was for a major service and to adjust and inspect the clutch as it was making a grinding sound going into reverse. Michael the mechanic was nice but didn't complete all of the work requested, including the reason why I got them out in the first place. To adjust the clutch (which I paid for on top of the service). The mechanic destroyed 5 wheel studs removing the wheels using an impact driver. Charged me for 3, which are the wrong size and don't fit properly. Then, at the end of the 2nd day (yes, this took 2 days) 2 other Lube Mobile mechanics turned up and tried to tell me that the wheel studs stripped because they weren't genuine Suzuki wheels on the car, which of course they are. The car is now stuck in my driveway, unable to be driven as there is two wheel studs stripped and a risk of the wheels falling off if I drive it. Worst of all, the reason why I had them come, to adjust/fix the clutch, wasn't even looked at. Waste of time and money. Will be speaking to the head office tomorrow. ... view more
