The BP Plus fuel card offers a high level of convenience to customers, with over 1,400 regional and metro fuel stations throughout Australia.
The card can also be used at any of the Wild Bean Cafe and BP car wash locations.
AT BP fuel station locations, you’ll find BP’s range of fuels for your vehicle. These range from LPG, Regular Unleaded 91, Unleaded 91 (with up to 10% ethanol), Unleaded 95, Ultimate Unleaded 98, Diesel and Ultimate diesel.
What are the benefits of the BP Plus fuel card?
BP lists the benefits of its fuel card as;
Qantas Points - every time you use your BP Plus fuel card on fuel or shop transactions you can earn;
- 1 Qantas Point for every litre of Ultimate 98
- 1 Qantas Point for every 2 litres of 91, 95, LPG, Diesel and Ultimate Diesel
- 1 Qantas Point for every $1 on eligible in-store purchases
Access discounts on flights, Qantas Club memberships, hotels and hire car bookings and other business expenses!
24/7 monitoring and control - the online portal allows you to manage your BP Plus account 24/7.
Fuel discounts - BP Plus offers ongoing savings and fuel discounts. Save a minimum of 3 cents per litre on BP Ultimate, Premium Unleaded & Ultimate Diesel.
Save a minimum of 2 cents per litre on regular Unleaded and Diesel fuels.
Simple invoices - Make it easy for yourself at tax time with GST substantiated statements with auto feed to Xero.
What are the card options?
There is only one card type on offer, however, each card is customisable via the online management portal.

There are no application or joining fees for BP Plus
Are there other fees?
Card fees:
1 - 2 cards = $4.95 per card per month
3+ cards = $2.20 per car per month
Transaction fees - $0
Visa processing fees - 0.42%
Mastercard processing fee - 0.46%
Amex processing fee - 1.70%
Is there an interest-free period?
Yes. The BP Plus fuel card has up to 51 days interest-free for transactions made on the first day of any month.
What is the eligibility criteria?
You must be over 18 years of age, have a registered ABN, be the director, partner or business owner and use BP Plus for business purposes only.
What do you need to apply for the BP Plus fuel card?
- Your ABN number
- Your current and valid drivers licence
- Driver names or vehicle number for card you wish to apply for
- Registered business bank account details
- Details for key personnel of the business (director, partners and/or owners)
