Terms and Conditions

Promotional Period. This promotion commences at 07:00 am (AEST) on 19 May 2026 and closes at 12:30 pm (AEST) on 20 May 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligibility. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, excluding employees, contractors, and representatives of the Promoter and prize sponsors. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary to enter.

How to Enter. To enter, participants must submit their details via the official competition form during the Promotional Period. Limit of one entry per person.

Prize Draw. Winners will be drawn live at the FleetGuru.ai stand (Stand D2), Rosehill Gardens, Sydney, at 12:30 pm (AEST) on 20 May 2026.

Claiming a Prize. Winners must be present at the FleetGuru.ai stand at the time of the draw and must claim their prize within one minute of their name being announced. If a winner is not present or does not claim within one minute, a redraw will be conducted immediately. The redrawn winner is subject to the same conditions. Winners must also notify the Promoter of their prize preference (where applicable) within the same one-minute window.

Prize Conditions. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

Marketing Consent.
