Yes. For logbook services, the service provider will sign and stamp your logbook to meet manufacturer requirements. If the service provider has not stamped your logbook, please contact them directly to arrange a time for them to stamp your logbook.

If you’ve booked with a workshop, the service provider will usually require your vehicle for the entire day due to scheduling. If you’ve booked with a mobile provider, you will only be without your vehicle for the time it takes to complete the job. Find out more

When Do Volkswagen Fuel Injectors Need to Be Replaced?

Modern internal combustion engines are fitted with fuel injectors. They're used to control and atomise the fuel that goes into Volkswagen engines. Fuel injectors have a valve that opens and closes, spraying a fine mist of fuel through a nozzle each time they open, this fuel then mixes with air which creates the required air-fuel mixture required for optimal engine combustion.

The injector open and close cycle repeats every engine revolution and in a majority of vehicles, there will be one injector per cylinder.

As you can imagine if one or more fuel injectors aren't spraying the correct amount of fuel it can have long term damaging effects on Volkswagen engines and you could be in for a rough ride.

Fuel system contaminants can pass through Volkswagen fuel injectors and cause build-up or rust. This may cause the injector nozzle to get stuck open or closed and cause leakage.
