Yes. For logbook services, the service provider will sign and stamp your logbook to meet manufacturer requirements. If the service provider has not stamped your logbook, please contact them directly to arrange a time for them to stamp your logbook.

If you booked through AutoGuru and your booking has been confirmed, you can reschedule to a new date or time. Simply click the 'manage my booking' link on your booking confirmation email. If you need help email contactus@autoguru.com.au. If you cancel or don't show up and don't reschedule (and you have prepaid in advance), a $20 cancellation fee will apply.

If you’ve booked with a workshop, the service provider will usually require your vehicle for the entire day due to scheduling. If you’ve booked with a mobile provider, you will only be without your vehicle for the time it takes to complete the job. Find out more

How Much Does a Mercedes-Benz Inlet Manifold Gasket Replacement Cost?

The engine in your Mercedes-Benz relies on air drawn in from outside the vehicle to operate correctly. It also needs fuel from the fuel tank to mix with this air to create the potent combustion required to propel your vehicle forward.

It is the job of the inlet manifold to direct the airflow coming into the engine and the fuel it needs to mix with into the cylinders of the engine evenly. This mixture is measured accurately by the engine control unit and any variations to this mixture can cause running issues. It is the job of the inlet manifold gasket to seal off the join between the engine cylinder head and the inlet manifold to ensure no excess air or debris can enter.
