Yes. For logbook services, the service provider will sign and stamp your logbook to meet manufacturer requirements. If the service provider has not stamped your logbook, please contact them directly to arrange a time for them to stamp your logbook.

If you booked through AutoGuru and your booking has been confirmed, you can reschedule to a new date or time. Simply click the 'manage my booking' link on your booking confirmation email. If you’ve booked with a workshop, the service provider will usually require your vehicle for the entire day due to scheduling. If you’ve booked with a mobile provider, you will only be without your vehicle for the time it takes to complete the job. Find out more

Can My Damaged Audi Be Fixed With Paintless Dent Removal?

If your Audi has suffered from hail damage, a trolley ding or other damage, Paintless Dent Removal (PDR for short) may be the answer to getting your Audi back to its former glory. Utilising special tools such as metal rods and specifically designed metal picks and bright lighting to see the damage, the PDR technician may be able to work the metal back into shape, making the dent disappear!

This approach works best on smaller marks and creases, and most of the time these repairs can be carried out on your Audi at your home or workplace by mobile PDR technicians, meaning no trips to the panel shop and long periods without your Audi. This also keeps the structural integrity of your Audi intact, as no components need to be removed or replaced.

Keep in mind that PDR may not be suitable for larger dents and creases, or areas where the paintwork has cracked from damage - these types of damage require a visit to your local panel shop to have rectified with panel beating and repainting.

If you're unsure if your Audi is suitable for PDR, many repairers offer a free quoting service to determine if PDR will work, or if your Audi will need to visit the panel shop.
