Yes. For logbook services, the service provider will sign and stamp your logbook to meet manufacturer requirements. If the service provider has not stamped your logbook, please contact them directly to arrange a time for them to stamp your logbook.

If you booked through AutoGuru and your booking has been confirmed, you can reschedule to a new date or time. Simply click the 'manage my booking' link on your booking confirmation email. If you need help email contactus@autoguru.com.au. If you cancel or don't show up and don't reschedule (and you have prepaid in advance), a $20 cancellation fee will apply.

If you’ve booked with a workshop, the service provider will usually require your vehicle for the entire day due to scheduling. If you’ve booked with a mobile provider, you will only be without your vehicle for the time it takes to complete the job. Find out more

What Are the Signs That Citroen Tie Rod End Needs to Be Replaced?

Your Citroen will typically have outer and inner tie rod ends as part of the steering system on each side of your car. They are rods with ball joints on each end and they attach to the steering rack on the inner side and to the steering knuckle on the outer side, behind the wheel.

Tie rod ends are responsible for keeping the front end and suspension firm on your Citroen. When tie rod ends fail, you may notice the steering feels loose.

Tie rod ends can wear out over time, this is usually due to the protective rubber covering getting damaged, which allows dirt and moisture to get in. Because of this, you can’t determine when they may break down. Regular servicing and inspections will help to pick up a failing tie rod end on your Citroen.

Symptoms your Citroen tie rod end may be failing:

Wheel alignment is out
Vibration or shaking through the steering wheel
Uneven or extreme tyre edge wear
Steering feels loose
Citroen pulls to one side of the road
