All of the people working there were friendly, demonstrated everything that they did via a video, and explained everything clearly and professionally. I am going back to have repairs done shortly and would definitely recommend them!

I booked and paid for a brake fluid flush as well as a wheel balance and rotation. They asked me what time would I prefer for them to call me. I confirmed 9 am. It was a minor job so I reckon 11 am would be alright. No text or call as they promised. It was past 12pm that I decided to go back, and the guy at the reception said all good and all done. Also got a video sent through email from this mechanic explaining what they did - brake fluid flush, wheel balance, and rotate. But before going to Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Ipswich, I marked all my tyres. When I got home I grabbed my torch and looked under my car and true that my tyres were the same as what it is. No rotation or weights for the balance was done. Meaning they didn't do the job and they claimed to have carried it out. I paid for it and they were dishonest. Very shameful and very disappointed.
