Hi Tara, Thank you for using our service and providing a rating. We would love to hear from you to know what made you give us a 3 star review. From our perspective, you booked your car for A/C Regas, which we did as well as checking for A/C system leaks included in the same $173 fee. We have not found any major leaks, however, your A/C still did not work after regasing. At which point we have contacted you to advise that we would need to perform further diagnostics to find out what was wrong with it and advised that it was going to cost an additional $170. Upon further diagnostic, we did find the issue with your A/C system and provided you with the quote. I appreciate the quote might have looked very expensive, but nothing we could do as we could not find parts from any supplier in Australia and they had to come from overseas, therefore the price from suppliers and unfortunately it was outside of our control.
