Hi Binyamin, you booked in your 2004 Sprinter with 270000kms for a basic service, air conditioning not working, a no crank/start issue and glow plug light on. On presentation of the vehicle we discussed the costs associated with diagnosing each of the faults and that diagnostic time would be required for the air conditioning fault, the no starting fault and the glow plug fault as they were separate issues. You stated at that time that you had a limited funds and that the no start fault was your priority. We focussed on that issue , provided you with a written report and photos of our evidence and recommendations to resolve the issues. You authorised the first step of the repair and you were advised of further faults that needed repair in writing with a price estimate and told that we would need to rebook you for additional work.
