It didn’t happen it was canceled at the last minute when I was driving there and they said they had called me the day before but there were no missed calls from that number on my phone.

The whole experience was amazing. They dropped me off in my car and within a few hours called to advise the car was serviced. I was picked up from my house and there were no surprises when I paid the bill. They explained what they had done to the vehicle and if there was anything I needed to be concerned about prior to the next 10 000 km service. Wonderful experience.
