I left feeling that i didn't get the same attention as there regular customers ?
When I asked if there was anything I needed to worry about as my car has done 250km he said that the auto guru service is a “basic service” just a oil and filter change and top up of fluids. Not saying they haven’t done a good job just don’t feel reinsured that they have checked my car for any problems as it’s not covered ?
sorry you feel this way we do look over all our customer vehicles even though the service asked for was a basic oil and filter service.if we had found anything to worry about you would have been notified before you picked up your vehicle.
