Well was delayed a day without any phone call , I had to call up , two different quotes then was told the guy working on it had a family emergency but did not leave any notes, did things that were not necessary. No issue with mechanical work I guess but won’t be going back there. I had cleaning whipes in the back seat unopened only to find them open on the back seat small thing but mad me very annoyed. Very confused environment

I went there for a service and to fix an electrical issue that was draining the battery. The place looks very professional, but it’s all smoke and mirrors. 1. Regarding the service ($450), they didn’t check the brakes. Shortly after, I ruined a brake disc because the pads were completely worn out—they hadn’t been inspected. Moreover, the invoice states that they checked not only the brakes but also the handbrake and adjusted it. That wasn’t done either—I had to get it fixed a month later because the car failed the pink slip inspection. I have no idea how much of what they listed on the invoice was actually done—I just hope they at least changed the oil. Then they gave me a list of parts to replace without even inspecting them, simply because they were listed in the Toyota services booklet. If that’s how they work, I might as well have done it myself. 2. They found an oil leak and replaced a part for the modest sum of $850. I can’t say whether the price was fair, but it could be. 3. I paid for an electrical check because the battery was draining. In addition to the inspection fee, they charged me an extra hour of labor ($150 per hour, “discounted” from 200$) because, according to them, they couldn’t find the issue with the initial check. In the end, the problem was that something (they didn’t even found out what specifically) in the off-road equipment was constantly draining the battery. They simply disconnected the entire setup and left it that way. A total of $300 just to unplug a cable from the battery—one would expect them to test the connections to the battery as a first step, right? In short, everything looks fancy and professional, but it’s just for show. A complimentary car wash, an invoice printed on premium paper, and even a bottle of wine when you pick up your car—all to make you think you’re getting a premium service. But the actual work done is nowhere near worth the money spent. Will not come back.

Service and safety check were thorough and work was well performed. Loan car promises but received Uber instead. Not sure whether confusion caused by online or Cox. Suggest confirm when booking next time.
