I am now a repeat customer, but on my first visit the mechanics spotted a problem with my calipers, and repaired it- I had deliberately not mentioned it to them when I booked in for new brakes, and they were honest and skilled enough to fix a problem two other mechanics had failed at. I have now had other repairs and sales through DRW and will happily continue to use their services, which are reliable and competitively priced. Their workshop may not be like the fancy concierge service you get at places like Mercedes or Honda, but they know their cars and you will save money by not paying for an image.
