Easy to book my car in, great honest feedback on what needed to be done and what work was required and within a timeframe. So, the safety of vehicles is their priority. They are respectful and I like that they have Afterpay, Not everyone has others they can lean on for help with money. So this is a god given sent for me at the moment. They do quality work and have time to explain the requirements /items needed for your car. I do not go anywhere else. Thank You Downs Auto Service.
