I came here to get my car serviced simply due to the relatively good review rating. This is the second time I have had my car serviced here. After the previous service, I checked the engine oil level and found it was below minimum so I had to purchase oil to top it up. I thought it was a careless error by the person who serviced my car. This time after my service, I checked the engine oil level again, and found it was still below the minimum, so again I had to buy oil to top it up. I thought a basic service would include topping up fluid levels. However, I found the radiator coolant and battery system coolant were not topped up - I only checked these two fluid levels and engine oil levels. Overall, quite disappointed! - I have taken snapshots.

They are great and friendly and they are the best mechanics. I am very happy with them and their service.

Very honest and efficient service. Unlike factory dealers where they charge you $250/ hr and have useless unskilled apprentices working on your car, this place has old school very knowledgeable professionals diagnosing and repairing your car.  You also don’t have to deal with some snotty nose service advisor who is on commission trying to upsell you rubbish and telling you your car will need all sorts of very expensive misdiagnosed maintenance next time you bring it in for your next service.

Excellent service, was really communicative, and called before going ahead with any repairs needed with a quote and waited for confirmation before going ahead. The car was lovely and cleaned too afterward which was awesome. Will definitely return there, as well as recommend them to friends and family.

To be fair, I can't comment on the work performed, as I am not a mechanic, but as a customer, I was well looked after. The price was good compared to the quote provided elsewhere and I was even lent a car while they worked on mine.

First day I’ve taken my car to Bricknell Radiators & Mechanical Repairs, dropped off car for a check up and found a fault with my car which I knew about. For that part was expectedly pricey but Noel took the sweat away and made my day with other payment arrangements. Top bloke, nice and genuine just another human being. It was an awesome first experience, they had everything needed in the waiting area and once the car was done, the payment process was easy via Afterpay. The wait wasn’t too long either and the customer service was amazing they were very approachable and easygoing to speak to. Would highly recommend it. They did a great job on the car and fixed my issue with shuttering steering wheel. I just wish they had of informed me the car was ready instead of me calling them at the end of the day, especially when it was ready by lunchtime.

Adam was fantastic, he phoned around to get me the best price for new tyres and fitted them as soon as they arrived. Lovely, friendly staff and a great little shop! Would recommend to everyone. Will definitely be returning.
