Good Morning Latoya. That’s a shame regarding your review. When you own a mechanical business, you have obligations to inform your customers when their vehicles are in an unsafe, unroadworthy condition. When your vehicle was brought to us at the beginning of April for a service, we explained to you then that your front and rear brake pads require replacing as soon as possible. You chose not to get them fixed. In May the vehicle was brought back to us for a hand brake adjustment, you were informed again of the condition of your brake pads - metal on metal now, to which you did not want to get fixed. We asked you to sign a liability waiver for us to release the vehicle to you, and we also provided you photos of the unsafe condition they were in. Our mechanics would not take the vehicle for a test drive because of the danger involved in driving the car. Once again thank you for your feedback and please don’t hesitate to contact us direct to discuss further if needed as we are only too happy to talk.
