I took my car for a basic service and apparently, everything was done wel, however, I paid an extra $120 for a steering column inspection and I didn’t have any feedback about what was causing the noise when steering. All I got was “it could be a dry bush” but no certainty about what was causing the issue, how to fix it and the cost. I’m pretty sure that wasn’t done properly and now I have to pay another steering column inspection to determine what is the real problem.
Thanks for your feedback Xavier. On the bottom of your invoice, it states the 3x outstanding issues on your 2019 Land Rover which were explained to you upon pickup. 1x LH control arm bush leaking fluid, picture taken and shown to you at pick up 2x steer column noise lubricated as best as possible without removing steering column on the weekend and you were advised if this continued to take to Land Rover for warranty as it is not a half an hour job 3x warning light on for DPF fluid low level, and just to bring to your attention you only paid $70, not $120 for your inspection.
