The mechanic was always friendly and didn't mess around. I appreciate the work he has done for me.

A great help! Was friendly and receptive to my questions. Helped me discover that the previous mechanics didn't connect the wiper fluid tube to the squirt nozzle.

The mechanic didn't turn up. No message, no phone call, or anything. Now I have to find someone who will show up and do the job. These guys have no customer skills whatsoever.

Didn't show up the day the car was booked, I had to ring to be told he was too busy to get to me, but he had the part ready to go. But was told he could come the next day. I rang in the morning to confirm and was told yes was definitely coming. I said I would be home all day after 1 pm, I missed a call at 1:30 pm that day but responded the to follow-up text. At 3:30 pm I got a call saying he had been trying all day to contact me and I wasn't answering, that was not the case I had in fact called him about 10 times. I finally talked to him to say he was around the corner from my house at 1:30 pm, I asked why didn't you come to my house and knock as I said I was home all day after 1 pm. I said I had been trying to call him all afternoon and he responded with oh my phone is not working properly, not sure how he was trying to contact me all day if his phone is not working properly. He then said he still had to pick up the part that he told me he already had the day before, but he wouldn't be able to come now anyway. I took days off from work for this and twice he burned me, and twice his story changed. I would not recommend if he was the last mechanic on earth.

Didn’t show up or call. When I called he said he would send through times to reschedule, but I never heard back.

I would love to tell you about my experience but did get one. No one turned up. No phone call or message to say they wouldn't be coming.  I had to take the day off from work for this service to happen but a no-show. How disappointing for me. Lost a days wages and still have a car that is waiting to be fixed. So thanks very much for your service. Will never use you again and definitely will not recommend to anyone. So thanks for nothing. Greens Mobile Automotive Services.
