Hi Lucia, I'm very disappointed to see this review. Your vehicle has presented with some communication errors in your vehicle. Upon checking the vehicle with various tools to ensure there are no immediate safety issues we referred you back to Mazda for FREE warranty repairs and also suggested you contact your roadside assistance for a FREE tow. All suggestions save you a lot of money. On top of the above, we've gone well above and beyond and have liaised directly with the tow truck driver, and roadside assistance officer and contacted the local Mazda dealer to discuss the issue to help you have your issue rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible. We charged you only 1 hour for diagnostics, although spending over 3 hours assisting you directly and looking at the vehicle. At each step of the process, we have spent time with you communicating the issue and process either face-to-face, over the phone, or via text. Even after all this help and assistance, you've still verbally abused one of our team members, the Mazda dealership, and demanded refunds. As a customer of ours since 2018 it's incredibly disappointing to read your dissatisfaction after we tried so hard to assist you, saving you money in repairs and helping you at every single step.
